1. Digital Delivery
As an event management platform, most of our services are delivered digitally:
- Event tickets and passes are delivered electronically via email
- Confirmation emails are sent immediately after purchase
- Access to event materials is provided through your account dashboard
- QR codes for entry are available in the mobile app

For events that include physical items (merchandise, welcome kits, etc.):

3. International Shipping
For international events and shipments:
- Additional shipping costs may apply based on destination
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
- Tracking is provided for all international shipments
4. Tracking and Support
We provide tracking information for all physical shipments via email. If you have any issues with your delivery, our support team is available 24/7 to assist you. We also offer insurance coverage for valuable items during transit.
