If you need to cancel your event registration, please follow these guidelines:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event
• Contact our support team with your booking reference number
• Provide a reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email once processed
• Transaction fees may not be refundable

We may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy in cases of:

• Medical emergencies
• Natural disasters
• Travel restrictions
• Other extenuating circumstances
